We only procure fish as per orders placed on the night before, then the fish is cleaned and cut as per customer requirements. After which, it is dispatched for delivery to maintain a fresh supply of fish to our customers. Our fish is never frozen, and we clean and cut it as per our customers' requirements to ensure that it stays fresh and tasty.
